Affiliate Membership Terms and Conditions

I hereby submit the following information for your consideration to become a Business Partner (Affiliate Member) with the Foothills REALTOR® Association of North Carolina.  I understand that this Category of Membership DOES NOT entitle me to hold elective office, voting privileges, or permit the use of the REALTOR® Designation or the REALTOR® Logo.  I further affirm that I do not hold an active real estate license or am not engaged in the brokerage of real estate property. 

I agree to pay the established membership fees for as long as I remain a member and will notify the Board of any changes in my company status and/or address. 

I understand and agree that all dues and fees are to be paid with this application. If your company is paying for your FRANC membership, or if your company is reimbursing you, and you change companies, you will not be able to transfer your FRANC membership dues to your new company. Dues are non-refundable and non-transferable once processed by FRANC.

By checking the box on the Affiliate Membership Application, I am certifying that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions and that all information provided on my application is true and correct.

New members pay dues to FRANC directly.  During the annual renewal system, dues are collected through NAR's e-commerce system.
